If you mailed with the correct delivery method, you should have been provided with a tracking number on your purchase receipt. If you do not have a tracking number, please email your buyer ASAP to let them know that you have mailed the tickets and to ask them to confirm when they have received them. Once your buyer has confirmed receipt, please forward the proof to our customer services team (by clicking the button below) with your order reference number and we will update the status of the order so that you stop receiving reminders to mail the tickets.
