Strictly speaking we ask that sellers do not list tickets that they have not yet received from the original ticket retailer.* If you are happy to wait until the seller has received the tickets, this will not be an issue. You would still be eligible for buyer protection should the seller not deliver the tickets in time for the event. The seller is required to mail the tickets as soon as they have received them.

If you are not happy to wait until your seller has received the tickets, you are eligible for a full refund. Please contact them directly and ask them to issue you with a refund via PayPal ASAP. If they do not do so, please contact our customer support team and we'll take further action.
