If your seller has mailed the tickets with a delivery method other than UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Ground, please contact your seller directly and ask them to issue you with a refund of the difference in cost.

If you did not receive the tickets in time for the event due to your seller not mailed the tickets with the correct delivery method, you are eligible for a full refund.
