If you are not home when UPS attempts the  first delivery of the tickets UPS InfoNotice® lets you know they tried but were unable to deliver your package. Using your UPS InfoNotice, you can reschedule the delivery of your package. Just log into ups.com and enter your UPS InfoNotice number in the Tracking field on the ups.com home page or the Tracking page.

With either of these options, you can request one of the following:

  • Pick up My Package at a UPS Location: Have your package held at a UPS location such as The UPS Store®, a UPS Access Point location, or a UPS Customer Center.

  • Deliver My Package to Another Address: Have your package delivered to another address when you will not be home.

  • Deliver My Package on Another Day: Have your package delivered on a different day.
